About the CPUSA Missouri-Kansas District

The Missouri-Kansas District of the Communist Party USA is the Party organization serving Missouri and Kansas. Public descriptions of individual clubs and current campaigns remain unpublished until district leadership verifies them.

The region has a long history of conflict over slavery, labor rights, racial equality, and democratic participation. This site will add locally sourced historical material as it is reviewed for accuracy and context.

The district's political work is guided by the CPUSA Party Program and Constitution. The program connects immediate struggles for peace, democracy, jobs, equality, and environmental justice with a peaceful democratic transition toward Bill of Rights Socialism.

CPUSA combines electoral and non-electoral mass action, political education, coalition work, and working-class organization. Its club guidelines describe clubs as the Party's basic units for collective study and activity.
